Fundamentally factual that all is all, and everything is – Energy. Our physical actions, our thoughts, our emotions all run on currents, waves of electricity. This being said, – did you know that electricity runs at the speed of light?

We are generators, we are receivers, vessels capable of so much in day, let alone a lifetime. Given the fact that our bodily cells are specialised to conduct electrical currents, baring proof that we are in fact ‘living, breathing, vessels of electric magnetism’. Our entire nervous system is run on electricity, which in turn send signals throughout our body then to the brain. This enables to carry out all the daily tasks we tend to each day. (A living electric life cycle.) All elements of our diet / dietary intake have a specific electrical charge, thus making it very important in what we intake to our bodily temples.

This ties in with the ‘alkaline diet’. Demonstrating why it is so important to maintain a balance of alkaline within the body on a regular / daily basis. As people we should be aiming for ‘balance’ within ourselves, as so the daily currents of electricity flow freely throughout us, as well as within us. As part pf the eternal balance, it is good to be up to to speed with what we are putting into our bodies. Minerals, vitamin’s – all help account for these individual, special electrical charges within us.

If over absorbing too much of the wrong items into the body. This can disrupt the electrical impulses or add to the creation of the wrong variety. i.e., parasites. Whereas it is good, to maintain a certain amount off good bacteria in the gut (which in turn enables the electrical pulses to flow willingly.) Having bad parasites effects the blood flow, thus disabling the electrical impulses. Doing this will render their job ineffective in getting the body to carry out its correct requirement’s. The body therefore should be cleansed. Whereas this is not necessarily an easy task, it is still an important part of our personal care we should not overlook.

Our blood, haemoglobin, plasma is very important to us, hence why we must be vigilant what we are putting inside ourselves for the greater good of our future here.

Plasma is a key word here. Plasma a crucial state of matter which in the outer physical, has direct connections with our inner physical blood charged plasma, which is also initiated via electrical currents (as above / so below.) Comparing the two states of ‘human and earth’ are quite profound, whereas you can see the direct comparisons of the science, as well as the similar mechanisms within the human body.

We also obtain a link to the stars, where it is widely referred to be associated to the fact that is what stars are made from / formed from. It is stated that plasma is stretched out to: rarefied intracluster medium, and potentially other intergalactic regions. Without getting too cosmic… It is fair to say that we really are from the stars!…

The above information sets out an ‘electrical blueprint’ for us, to ensure that we ‘get right with ourselves, inside and out to help supply the correct medium for our electrical universes to safely stream. All it takes is a few simple steps each day. Electricity is free flowing, our blood / plasma / haemoglobin is free flowing, the electric currents within sending the vital cells to the correct places, on time, ahead of time to keep us balanced and peace of mind.

Eating such items like cucumber, celery, peppers, fresh fruit, vegetables. These will help tremendously in this incredible process. And hydration. Hydration is vital for our every day lives. Water once again is key factor here as when you are hydrated, this in turn is helping your body to communicate with your own nervous system. Once again, the word ‘balance’ comes into play here.
