The ‘Vegan thing’ ~ is never over!- If you are genuinely- Vegan!
Like life itself, a motion, a movement– a commitment as such. As food plays such an important part in our lives, each and everyday. – We all need to eat right!?
It struck whilst on a reset in the amazing Devon, Woolacombe Bay ~ that still within this enlightened age, that still so many establishments don’t cater for the vegan community… (It is what it is!)
Well, we found a few reputable establishments which do cater for us. One being, the highly impressive- ‘The Barn’.
Sadly, the first meal was not photographed… 🙂↔️ mainly as it was SO, SO GOOD!
Today, we both had the triple cooked chips, butternut squash curry, rice and a poppadom!
This is easy a 5/5 rating!
The flavour raver!
What struck first yesterday, wasn’t just the amazingly beautiful, cooked food. With the perfectly cooked, cured vegetables. It was the amazing sauce, which accompanied the mighty dish.
Today’s was no exception! Another amazing display of cooking skills, genius levels! The perfectly cooked blend, of spices, bringing a perfect marriage of flavour, bringing together a classic dish, into a delicious mouthful ~ masterpiece!
